Yes - you can request a pause of up to 3 months. Submit your request at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle by contacting us here. After 3 months, billing resumes automatically. Please note: only one pause per membership is available.

Nope! Each login is for individual use only. We monitor logins closely - sharing accounts is against our terms and could lead to immediate account termination without a refund. If you need access for a team, we offer group pricing for 4 or more members. Contact us to discuss!

Many employers have professional development budgets that can cover DSC membership costs. We've made it easy - download our Template Letter to Your Employer that you can customize and submit for reimbursement consideration. If you need a receipt for your purchase, contact us and we'll send one over.

Yes! Group discounts are available for teams of 4 or more dietitians, with individual secure logins for each member. This is a great option for group practices, clinics, telehealth platforms, and hospital dietetic departments. Contact us to discuss your group's needs and we'll find the right fit.

Great question - and we're really proud of this. DSC uses on-par pricing, which means Canadian members pay the same number as US members ($299, $799, or $1,999) just in their own currency, with no conversion markup added on top.

We made this choice intentionally. DSC is a Canadian company and we believe professional development should be equally accessible whether you're in Toronto or Texas. Rather than charging Canadians more simply because of the exchange rate, we absorb that difference.

Canadian members pay their local price plus applicable Canadian tax (GST, HST, or PST depending on your province), which is calculated at checkout.

Our content is crafted by our talented internal DSC team of dietitians or - sometimes! - by external experts who work in a specific niche and know their stuff inside and out. If you're interested in creating content for DSC, drop us a note with some details about your expertise and experience.

CDR CEUs are offered exclusively through our quarterly live Learning Lab workshops - up to 20 CEUs per year, included with Practitioner and Entrepreneur memberships. We don't currently offer CDR CEUs for self-paced or on-demand course content. This is an important distinction if you're a US member with specific CDR renewal requirements.

DSC is absolutely still relevant if you work in a specific niche! As we know, nutrition-related conditions and issues often don't exist in isolation - for example, athletes still encounter digestive issues or questions about plant-based eating. Plus, our content is regularly updated so you won't miss out on the latest research. We've created case study scenarios showing exactly how DSC is used by dietitians in niche areas like Sports Nutrition and LTC - ask us about those if you're curious!

Not at all - DSC has members worldwide! All content is evidence-based and internationally applicable. Where content is country-specific (such as US vs. Canada nutrition labels or billing systems), this is clearly noted. Members outside North America pay in USD.

Yes! DSC hosts an annual in-person summit for dietitians - a full day of thoughtful sessions, meaningful conversations, and real community. It's intentionally kept small so it feels like you're genuinely part of something, not sitting in the back of a giant ballroom half-listening.
