No-Refunds Policy (Try Before You Buy!)

At DSC, we’ve put so much love and expertise into creating incredible resources for our members. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds, as this protects the integrity of our content and prevents misuse, like downloading all our amazing client handouts and leaving. However, we want you to feel completely confident in your decision! That’s why we encourage you to check out our Free Starter Kit and explore our Nutrition Library preview before joining. This way, you can see exactly how much value we pack into our resources before making your purchase. We’re here to support you every step of the way!

Additionally, no partial refunds are given if you cancel before your renewal date. You will retain access to all membership benefits until the end of your current billing cycle. You will always retain access for the full time you've paid, regardless of when you cancel. It is your responsibility to cancel your membership in a timely manner if you no longer wish to use our service.

Account Pauses

Please reach out to us to request up to a 3-month pause at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle. You may pause your account and billing for 3-months total during your membership. Subsequent requests for account pauses beyond 3 months will not be honored. By choosing to pause your account, you acknowledge and agree that your membership will be temporarily suspended for a period of up to three (3) months. You understand and accept that once the three (3) months pause period is over, your credit card on file will automatically resume being charged for your membership fees.

How You Can/Can't Use Dietitian Success Center Inc. ("DSC") Content 

Can I share my DSC account/courses with other dietitians/students? 

No. Each account/membership/course belongs to the person who purchased the content. You cannot share login information or course access with others. 

Can I distribute DSC handouts and resources to my clients? 

Yes, of course!!! You can share both digital or hard copy handouts and resources with your clients/patients for nutrition education purposes only. It is your responsibility to include all relevant disclaimers and you hereby release DSC from all liability and damages relating to the use or misuse of the materials, however caused. You further agree to forfeit all forms of legal recourse which may be available to you, including but not limited to any form of damages, costs, losses or expenses as a result of the resources.

Can I modify DSC handouts and resources to provide to my clients? 

You cannot modify DSC client handouts unless the content is labelled as an “Editable Template(s)." Scroll down for information on how you can use editable templates. If you would like to request a modification, revision or addition to a handout that is not a white label template, please contact us here. For more information about how our Editable Templates can be used, scroll down to the next section.

Can I print off multiple handouts and resources and give them to all of my dietitian friends and colleagues? 

No. DSC handouts and resources are intended for patient/client nutrition education use only. Sharing an account and sharing resources with other dietitians is against our Terms. 

Can I upload DSC handouts & resources to Canva and change the information? 

No, not unless the content is labelled as a “Editable Template(s)." Scroll down for information on how you can use editable templates. For liability purposes, you cannot change the informational content, copyright or images. If you would like to request a modification, revision or addition to a handout, please contact us here.  

Can I reference DSC content in my own handouts & resources? 

Yes. We just ask that you provide a direct link back to our website/web page when you reference. 

Can I distribute DSC handouts & resources to an audience if I am doing a group presentation or speaking at a conference? 

Generally, yes. But please contact us if you are looking to distribute DSC handouts to a group. If you are presenting to clients/patients for educational purposes, then generally this is allowed but it is your responsibility to include the proper disclaimers and DSC cannot be held liable for any improper use. If you are presenting to other dietitians or health professionals, it depends. If you are offering our material as part of a paid offering (ex. an online course for patient/client access), we allow this so long as <25% of the content in the course is DSC-created. Please contact us for approval in these specific circumstances. 

Can I use DSC handouts in my freebie, client materials or course materials? 

Yes. As long as it is being used for educational purposes for nutrition clients/patients. For liability purposes, you cannot change the informational content, copyright or images. If you are incorporating DSC material into a freebie, the DSC content can only be a small component of the freebie (<25%), not the freebie in its entirety (so for example, you could not just offer the DSC Low Glycemic Index Foods list as your freebie).

Can I re-sell DSC handouts and resources to other dietitians or health professionals? 

No. You cannot resell any DSC handouts & resources. The only circumstance that this is allowed is if you are incorporating DSC handouts & resources into a course or program you are creating for clients/patients with the intent of providing nutrition education. In this circumstance, DSC materials should account for <25% of the content. 

Can I post DSC handouts and resources on my website for download? 

No. You cannot post DSC handouts and resources on your website to download. The only circumstance that this would be allowed is if you are incorporating our material into a freebie that you are offering. If this is the case, the DSC material can only be a small component of the freebie (<25%), not the freebie in its entirety (so for example, you could not just offer the DSC Low Glycemic Index Foods list as your freebie). If you are writing a blog post, and want to reference DSC material then you can do so following proper referencing guidelines and providing a direct link to the dietitiansuccesscenter.com website. 

Can I share DSC course material with people in my practice/office?

No. Course material is to be utilized solely by the individual membership owner. You cannot share your membership with others. If you are interested in providing multiple practitioners with access to DSC content under a licensing agreement, please fill in the Contact Form on our website. 

For business templates (ex. Freebie template), can I use that as-is? 

Yes. Since it is a template, you can use it as-is and modify it as you like. Scroll down for information on how you can use white label templates. 

Can I play DSC course video content for groups of clients, patients or colleagues? 

No. DSC course content is intended for the use of health professionals only, it is not intended for clients/patients. If you are interested in sharing the course videos with your colleagues, please contact us about a licensing agreement for your organization.  

*If any of the above Terms are breached, DSC has the right to revoke your membership without notice and you will not be entitled to any refund 

How You Can/Can't Use Dietitian Success Center Inc. ("DSC") Editable Templates

These Editable Templates are available as an editable template in Canva. These templates will ensure that you can swap out foods that are most relevant for your clientele. Only content that is labeled as “Editable Template(s)” on the DSC site can be modified. You’ll notice that components of the editable templates have been “locked” in Canva so they are unable to be modified. Please review the ways you can/cannot modify & utilize this content. 

Here are the following ways you CAN modify & utilize this content: 

1. You can add your logo to the document.
2. You can change any colors and fonts that are “unlocked."
3. You can swap out food examples and images (e.g. If your client does not eat fish, you can exchange the word “fish” and the image of fish for an alternate option, so long as it is not “locked” in Canva).
4. Once modified, the white label handout can be provided to your 1:1 or group clients. It can also be included as a part of a bundle of resources offered as a freebie, or paid program or package. If you are offering DSC material as part of a paid or free offering (e.g. an online course for patient/client access), we allow this so long as <25% of the content in the course is DSC-created. Please contact us for approval in these specific circumstances.

Here are ways you CANNOT modify & utilize this content: 

1. You cannot modify the headers or sub-headers that are “locked” in Canva.
2. You cannot modify any informational content that is not simply food examples or images of food that is “locked” in Canva (rationale: The informational content provided within the handouts has been reviewed extensively to ensure it is correct and evidence-based. The informational content remains the intellectual property of Dietitian Success Center Inc. Any major revisions to the informational content can be requested by contacting us at hello@dietitiansuccesscenter.com).
3. You cannot create derivative works that might infringe on Dietitian Success Center Inc.’s copyright (e.g. You cannot create a copy of this handout and change the informational content; for example if you use the Mix & Match Meal Ideas for Babies to make your own Meal Ideas for Teenagers handout).
4. You cannot alter the overall structure or design of the handout (e.g. Change margins, text boxes, etc.) 
5. You cannot resell this resource, in any form, as its own product. If you are offering our material as part of a paid or free offering (ex. an online course for patient/client access), we allow this so long as <25% of the content in the course is DSC-created. Please contact us for approval in these specific circumstances.
6. You cannot resell this resource (original or modified) to other practitioners, or business-to-business. This resource is intended to be for nutrition clients only. 

By accessing any of these editable templates you are in agreement to these terms: 

1. Dietitian Success Center Inc. holds copyright to the White Label Template design. Any changes made are the sole responsibility of the provider (e.g. If your client has an allergy to fish, you can change the fish items to another nutritionally similar food item. You are then responsible for the accuracy of this alteration).
2. Dietitian Success Center Inc. cannot be held liable for the consequences of modifications. 
3. This template is for your sole editing use as a member of Dietitian Success Center Inc. You cannot provide access to other people to edit or alter the content. If others are interested in editing this template please refer them to become a member of Dietitian Success Center. 
4. You cannot sell the resource (original or modified) as a business-to-business resale site or store (ex. You cannot sell the original or modified content to other dietitians for use in their own practices). 
5. You cannot solely offer the resource for free on a membership site forum or social media page. If you are incorporating DSC material into a freebie, the DSC content can only be a small component of the freebie (<25%), not the freebie in its entirety (so for example, you cannot solely offer the DSC Low Glycemic Index Foods list as your freebie, but you can incorporate it into your freebie).
6. You cannot use “Dietitian Success Center” as the business name on the content for edited Templates. You cannot use our copyright statement or disclaimer statement on White Label Templates. 
7. This resource is intended to be client-facing. You cannot use any of our content as a part of a competing service or product (e.g. directed to dietitians, health professionals, nutrition students).
8. Please consult our Terms & Conditions above for additional parameters on how you can/cannot use Dietitian Success Center Inc. content. 
9. If any of the above Terms are breached, DSC has the right to revoke your membership without notice and you will not be entitled to any refund. 

After editing the content, download it as a PDF format or other non-editable format for distribution to your clients. 

By utilizing these White Label Templates, you are agreeing to the Terms outlined above and releasing Dietitian Success Center of all liability.
