Dietitian Success Summit 2026

By purchasing a ticket to the Dietitian Success Summit 2026 (“Summit”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Event Details
The Dietitian Success Summit will take place in Toronto, Ontario from September 28–29, 2026.
Your ticket grants access based on the tier purchased (Standard or Entrepreneur), as outlined on the sales page at the time of purchase.
2. Ticket Purchases & Payments
Full Payment
Tickets may be purchased in full at the time of registration.
Payment Plans
Payment plans are available for a limited time following the initial ticket release.
- Payment plans will be offered in equal monthly installments
- All payments must be completed prior to September 1, 2026
- By selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments
Important:
Failure to complete payment will result in:
- Loss of access to the Summit
- Forfeiture of all prior payments made
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of event planning and upfront costs, we maintain the following policy:
General Policy
- All ticket purchases are final sale
- No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
- Change of plans
- Travel disruptions
- Illness or personal circumstances
Ticket Transfers
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another individual.
- Transfers must be requested via email by September 1, 2026 to hello@dietitiansuccesscenter.com.
- The new attendee must meet eligibility requirements (e.g., dietitian, student, or related professional)
- Only one transfer per ticket is permitted
4. Payment Plan Default
If a payment plan is not completed:
- Your ticket will be cancelled
- You will not be permitted to attend the Summit
- All prior payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
5. Event Changes & Force Majeure
Dietitian Success Center reserves the right to make changes to:
- Event schedule
- Speakers
- Venue (within the same city)
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, public health restrictions, or other force majeure events):
- The Summit may be postponed or modified
- Tickets will be transferred to a rescheduled date
- Refunds will not be issued
6. Code of Conduct
We are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and respectful environment.
By attending, you agree to:
- Treat all attendees, speakers, and staff with respect
- Engage in professional and appropriate behavior
Dietitian Success Center reserves the right to remove any attendee without refund if behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
7. Media & Photography Release
By attending the Summit, you consent to:
- Being photographed or recorded
- Use of photos/videos for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes by Dietitian Success Center
If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify our team in advance.
8. Travel & Accommodation
Attendees are responsible for:
- Booking their own travel and accommodations
- Any associated costs
Dietitian Success Center is not responsible for travel disruptions, cancellations, or additional expenses incurred.
9. Liability Waiver
By attending the Summit, you acknowledge that:
- You are participating voluntarily
- Dietitian Success Center is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages incurred during the event

11. Agreement
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
User Agreement
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, memberships, programs, courses, templates, digital products, live sessions, and related services (collectively, the “Program” or “Services”) offered by Dietitian Success Center Inc. (“DSC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any DSC Program, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Program.
1. PROGRAM ACCESS
Upon purchase, DSC grants you access to the specific membership, course, or program selected at checkout, which may include:
- Practitioner Membership
- Learner Membership
- Entrepreneurship Membership
- Entrepreneurship Curriculum
- Nutrition Counseling & Coaching Certificate
- Office Hours sessions
- Downloadable handouts and templates
- Community forums
Program features may be modified, expanded, replaced, or discontinued at our discretion.
2. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY
All content provided by DSC is for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing in the Program constitutes:
- Medical advice
- Legal advice
- Tax advice
- Accounting advice
- Financial advice
- Investment advice
- Regulatory or compliance advice
You are solely responsible for applying Program information within your professional scope and jurisdiction.
Participation does not create any professional-client, fiduciary, advisory, partnership, employment, or agency relationship between you and DSC.
3. ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR ENTREPRENEURSHIP MEMBERSHIP & ENTREPRENEURSHIP CURRICULUM
The Entrepreneurship Membership and Entrepreneurship Curriculum provide business education only.
No Earnings or Business Guarantees
DSC makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding:
- Revenue
- Profitability
- Client acquisition
- Business growth
- Marketing performance
- Financial outcomes
Testimonials, case studies, and examples are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results.
Business outcomes depend on numerous factors including individual effort, competence, regulatory compliance, market demand, and economic conditions.
Independent Decision-Making
You are solely responsible for:
- Verifying compliance with all applicable laws and regulatory standards
- Ensuring marketing claims are accurate and lawful
- Obtaining appropriate insurance, licensing, and professional approvals
- Seeking independent legal, tax, or financial advice before implementing business strategies
DSC is not liable for business losses, regulatory penalties, reputational harm, or financial damages resulting from implementation of Entrepreneurship content.
1:1 Coaching Session
Entrepreneurship Membership includes one (1) 60-minute coaching session with DSC Founder.
- The session must be scheduled by the Participant using the designated booking link.
- Standard availability is weekdays between 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM MST.
- Alternate scheduling may be offered at DSC’s discretion but is not guaranteed.
- The coaching session must be used within sixty (60) days of purchase.
- Unused sessions are forfeited and are non-transferable.
- Coaching sessions may not be exchanged for cash, credits, or partial refunds.
DSC reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergency, or scheduling conflicts. All coaching sessions and VideoAsk responses are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or individualized professional advisory services.
On-Demand Business Coaching (VideoAsk)
Entrepreneurship Members may submit up to two (2) business questions per calendar week via the designated VideoAsk platform.
- Each submission must contain one (1) clearly defined question.
- If multiple questions are submitted in a single request, DSC may require the Participant to resubmit separately or defer additional questions to a future week.
- Responses will be provided within forty-eight (48) business hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Response times are estimates and not guarantees.
DSC reserves the right to limit or suspend access to this feature if it is misused, excessive, or disruptive. All coaching sessions and VideoAsk responses are educational in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or individualized professional advisory services.
Office Hours
Entrepreneurship Membership includes access to live Office Hours sessions.
- Office Hours are typically hosted Wednesdays from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EST.
- Dates, times, and frequency may change at DSC’s discretion.
- Recordings are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed indefinitely.
Participation does not create a coaching-client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship.
Participants agree not to use Office Hours, community forums, or coaching features to solicit clients, promote competing services, or provide unauthorized professional advice.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content within the Site and Programs — including text, graphics, templates, handouts, branding, course materials, videos, and derivative works — is the exclusive property of Dietitian Success Center Inc.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for individual use only.
You may not:
- Share login credentials
- Reproduce, distribute, or resell content
- Create derivative works that compete with DSC
- Upload materials to public platforms
- Use DSC content to train other professionals without authorization
Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.
5. CLIENT HANDOUTS & EDITABLE TEMPLATES
DSC client handouts may be distributed to your clients for educational purposes only.
Editable Templates may be modified only where permitted (unlocked elements only).
You may not:
- Modify locked informational content
- Remove copyright notices
- Create derivative works
- Resell to other professionals
- Use content within a competing service
You assume full responsibility for any modifications made.
6. GROUP USE & LICENSING
Individual memberships are for single-user access only.
Multiple practitioners require a group licensing agreement.
7. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION & SECURITY
You agree to provide accurate and current registration information.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activity under your account
- Notifying DSC of unauthorized access
DSC is not liable for loss or damage arising from failure to secure your account.
Accounts are for individual use only unless a group license is purchased.
8. COMMUNITY STANDARDS
If participating in forums, Office Hours, or live sessions, you agree to:
- Engage respectfully
- Refrain from harassment, discrimination, defamation, or solicitation
- Avoid promoting competing products
DSC may suspend or terminate access for disruptive conduct without refund.
9. SUBSCRIPTIONS & BILLING
Memberships are billed monthly or annually as selected.
By purchasing, you authorize automatic recurring charges until cancelled.
You must cancel before renewal to avoid future charges.
Failure of payment may result in suspension of access.
Locked-in pricing is forfeited upon cancellation.
10. NO REFUNDS
All purchases are final.
Due to immediate access to digital intellectual property, no refunds or partial refunds are provided.
Cancellation stops future charges only. Access continues through the paid billing period.
11. MEMBERSHIP PAUSE
Members may request one pause of up to three (3) months.
After the pause period, billing resumes automatically.
Additional pauses may be denied.
12. FREE TRIALS
If offered, your payment method will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless cancelled prior.
No refunds will be issued for failure to cancel.
13. LIFETIME ACCESS
“Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the product while commercially available and hosted by DSC.
Lifetime access does not guarantee:
- Indefinite hosting
- Ongoing updates
- Access to future versions
- Access to new premium offerings
DSC reserves the right to modify or discontinue products.
14. NO CHARGEBACKS
You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting DSC.
You are responsible for fees incurred by DSC in recovering payments owed.
15. TECHNOLOGY DISCLAIMER
DSC is not liable for:
- Platform outages
- Internet interruptions
- Data loss
- Cybersecurity incidents beyond reasonable control
You are responsible for maintaining adequate technology access.
16. THIRD-PARTY CONTRIBUTORS
Content from third-party contributors reflects their views only.
DSC does not guarantee accuracy or endorse third-party opinions.
17. LAWFUL USE
You agree to use the Site and Program only for lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disable security features
- Scrape content
- Interfere with other users
- Violate intellectual property rights
18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
DSC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DSC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
19. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Program is provided “as is” and “as available.”
DSC disclaims all warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Use of the Program is at your own risk.
20. RELEASE & INDEMNITY
You agree to release and indemnify DSC and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims arising from:
- Your use of the Program
- Your business activities
- Client interactions
- Regulatory issues
- Breach of these Terms
21. ASSIGNMENT
These Terms are personal to you and may not be assigned or transferred without written consent from DSC.
DSC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, restructuring, or sale.
22. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
23. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Alberta courts.
24. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Parties agree to attempt good faith negotiation and mediation prior to legal proceedings.
25. MODIFICATIONS
DSC may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

All notices under these Terms shall be sent to:

27. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and DSC regarding use of the Program.
