Our On-Demand Business Coaching feature is the perfect opportunity to receive individualized support.

We use a tech platform called VideoAsk where you can submit a personal video or audio message to our team. We receive your message via email, and then respond back to you with either a video or audio message. Your message will be directed to whoever on the team has the most knowledge or expertise in that area. 

We respond back to questions within 48 hours Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm MST. Submissions received on weekends or holidays will be answered during the next business window. Response times are estimated but not guaranteed.

If your question requires deep strategy mapping or significant back-and-forth, it may be better suited for your 1:1 session or Office Hours.

VideoAsk access is included while your Entrepreneurship Membership is active. DSC reserves the right to adjust usage limits if the feature is misused or disproportionately utilized. 

Standard availability is weekdays from 12:00–1:00 PM MST. After you join, you’ll receive a booking link to schedule your session.

If the standard time doesn’t work for you, we may be able to arrange an alternate weekday time within reason. We are not able to offer, evenings, weekends, late-night scheduling. If you’re unsure whether the schedule will work for you, please contact us before purchasing and we’ll let you know.

No — but it must be used within 60 days of purchase. Unused sessions are forfeited and cannot be carried forward, transferred, converted into credits, refunded. We recommend booking early so you secure a time that works for you.

The Entrepreneur Membership is largely tailored to a North American audience. However, we have had international RDs take our business content, and they have found it sufficient and applicable. Creating a business takes time, there's no doubt about it. However, this doesn't mean you need to set aside full days each week. If you commit to at least 1 hour per week, you can make meaningful forward progress. However, more time means that you will move faster. 

If you're working full-time in your business, we challenge you to set aside a 3-hour time block each week to work "on" your business. Meaning, you get out of the day-to-day and work on growth-related projects. 

Nope! That’s not our style. You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@dietitiansuccesscenter.com. No partial refunds are given if you cancel before your renewal date, but you’ll still get the full value until the end of your current term!

At DSC, we’ve put so much love and expertise into creating incredible resources for our members. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds, as this protects the integrity of our content and prevents misuse, like downloading all our amazing content and leaving.
