- Is DSC only for Canadian or US RDs?

Nope! The information we include is based on current scientific evidence, which is relevant globally. However, we do make it clear where country-specific guidelines are indicated. DSC is a resource designed for dietitians around the globe, and we’re proud to have members from all over the world. So whether you're in Toronto or Tokyo, we've got your back!
- What if I want to upgrade?

Fantastic! Once you're a member, upgrading or downgrading your membership is as easy as can be. Just hop into your membership portal and make the switch or reach out to us at hello@dietitansuccesscenter.com!
- Can I pause my account?

Yes indeed! Just reach out at least 72 hours before your next billing cycle to request up to a 3-month pause. Keep in mind that after three months, billing will automatically resume and subsequent requests to pause will not be honored.
- Do I have to jump through hoops to cancel?

Nope! That’s not our style. You can easily cancel your membership at any time by contacting hello@dietitiansuccesscenter.com. No partial refunds are given if you cancel before your renewal date, but you’ll still get the full value until the end of your current term!
- Do you offer refunds?
- At DSC, we’ve put so much love and expertise into creating incredible resources for our members. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds, as this protects the integrity of our content and prevents misuse, like downloading all our amazing client handouts and leaving.
