Cancellation & Billing Requests

Need to cancel?

No problem! Submit the form below and our team will process your cancellation. Please ensure the email you use is the one associated with your DSC account.

Before you go: your access continues until the end of your current billing cycle โ€” cancelling just means your membership won't renew. If cost or timing is the issue, you may be able to pause your membership for up to 3 months instead and keep your current rate โ€” submit a pause request below.
Heads up: if you cancel, you'll lose your locked-in rate. If you decide to rejoin in the future, it'll be at the updated membership pricing.

Update payment method, receipts, or billing cycle

Most members can self-serve these requests directly in their account under Profile โ†’ Purchase History โ€” view and download receipts, or click the (โ€ฆ) menu to update your card.

Want to pause instead?

You can pause your membership for up to 3 months over the lifetime of your account โ€” and keep your current rate while you're away.

Pause policy: requests must be submitted at least 72 hours before your next billing date. After your pause ends, billing and access restart automatically. Only one pause is available per account โ€” so use it when you need it most!
