- What's the on-demand business coaching?

Our On-Demand Business Coaching feature is the perfect opportunity to receive individualized support whenever you need it.
We use a tech platform called VideoAsk where you can submit a personal video or audio message to our team. We receive your message via email, and then respond back to you with either a video or audio message. Your message will be directed to whoever on the team has the most knowledge or expertise in that area.
We respond back to questions within 48 hours (usually 24) Monday to Friday from 9am-4pm EST.
Examples of questions that have been asked recently:
1. Sharing an idea for a program and asking where is the best place to start.
2. Tips for booking more follow-ups after initial sessions.
3. Advice on starting a community using Facebook vs. trying out another platform.
4. Should you advertise prices on a website or not?
5. The best way to plan out time off for a maternity leave when seeing clients 1:1.
There is no limit to the number of times you can submit an On-Demand Business Coaching question.
- Is DSC only for Canadian or US RDs?

The business curriculum is largely tailored to a North American audience. However, we have had international RD's take our business content, and they have found it sufficient and applicable. Contact us if you have further questions about whether BPL is right for you: [email protected].
- Do you offer payment plans?

4 monthly instalments of $525 + tax if applicable. Please contact us at [email protected] to purchase a payment plan.
- What's the time committment?

Creating a business takes time, there's no doubt about it. However, this doesn't mean you need to set aside full days each week. If you commit to at least 1 hour per week, you can make meaningful forward progress. However, more time means that you will move faster.
If you're working full-time in your business, we challenge you to set aside a 3-hour time block each week to work "on" your business. Meaning, you get out of the day-to-day and work on growth-related projects.
- Do I have to jump through hoops to cancel?

Nope! That’s not our style. You can cancel your membership at any time in your member settings and you will retain access to the membership until the end of your billing cycle. If you’re having any trouble, contact [email protected]. No partial refunds are given if you cancel before your renewal date, but you’ll still get the full value until the end of your current term!
- Do you offer refunds?

At DSC, we’ve put so much love and expertise into creating incredible resources for our members. For that reason, we don’t offer refunds, as this protects the integrity of our content and prevents misuse, like downloading all our amazing content and leaving.
